"Count on Me"

Our 22-minute UK drama film about psychosis, 'Count on Me', starring Roheel Hussain (Usman), Kevin Glynn (Shaun) and Finnella Waddilove (Psychologist), was a Finalist in the International Moving Film Festival.

Troubled British-Pakistani Usman is befriended by Irishman Shaun at a psychiatric hospital. But is Shaun all he appears to be?

Written, produced and directed by Abdul Azeem Khan, and co-produced by Louisa Marie Juckes, who was also the cinematographer.

'Count on Me' has a strikingly original music score by Roger Pasto Cortina.

"Keith"

This original 10-minute comedy short, to star Chris Sheen as 'Keith', is at development stage. Writer-Director Azeem Khan and Producer Daniel K. Hatton plan to bring Keith's weird and wacky vision for writers worldwide to the big screen soon.

"Mo the Grass"

A UK feature film comedy about Mo, a British-Asian Muslim buffoon who becomes a police informer on his Muslim community for Special Branch. Think 'Four Lions' meets 'Johnny English'...

Created by Abdul Azeem Khan, award-winning writer-producer-director, and based on a true incident, 'Mo the Grass' is seeking production funding of £500,000.

The project is also currently being developed as a comic television series, with Azeem rewriting the screenplay into four episodes, under the creative wing of Farrukh Dhondy, former Channel Four commissioning editor.
